This Company Enacted a “No-Emails on Friday” Policy

Instead of “Casual Fridays,” this Atlanta-based company enacted a unique “No Email Friday” policy in efforts to encourage increased productivity and to encourage employees to talk with each other more. Emails were still allowed from clients, but all communication internally had to be done in person or by phone.
